Latin 2 and 3 Students Grow in Patience
Latin 2
Students worked through reflexive pronouns, several sets of personal pronouns, irregular principal parts of verbs, and translated sentences from English into Latin and from Latin into English before Friday’s test. The genuine difficulty of holding that many moving parts together requires students to be patient through the struggle.
Latin 3
Students continue to read increasingly difficult Latin stories, while adding new vocabulary each week, following the same unhurried, step-by-step sequence they follow every chapter. This requires them to practice patience with themselves as the coursework gets more challenging.
